At this pace President Trump might be right. We’re not going to be able to take all of the winning! What is really funny was to see Twitter IMMEDIATELY kill the trend. No where to be found.

But who cares. Let them whine and complain and fret forever over Russia. Let’s enjoy the winning!

from Bloomberg News:

Fiat Chrysler Spends $1 Billion on U.S. Amid Trump Squeeze

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will invest $1 billion toward making three new Jeep models in the U.S., plus a Ram pickup now built in Mexico, as President-elect Donald Trump pressures the auto industry to hire workers and produce vehicles above the border.

FCA, the U.S. arm of automaker Fiat-Chrysler, announced on Sunday that it would invest a total $1 billion in plants in Michigan and Ohio, which will add 2000 new jobs in the United States.

The announcement came days after Ford Motor Company decided to scrap a plan to build a facility in Mexico, instead opting to invest in a plant in Michigan.

“FCA US is further demonstrating its commitment to strengthening its U.S. manufacturing base, and aligning U.S. capacity to extend the Jeep product lineup”

Go RED For The Inauguration!

In a statement, FCA said it would retool and modernize its Warren Truck Assembly Plant to produce a new Jeep and Grand Wagoneers, while a facility in Toledo would build a new Jeep pickup truck. These plans will be in place by 2020, the company said.

The move “is a continuation of the efforts already underway to increase production capacity in the U.S.on trucks and SUVs to match demand,” the company said, adding that it would help solidify the U.S. as “a global manufacturing hub” for its flagship brands.

“The president-elect has taken many auto manufacturers to task for Mexican production and encouraged building more vehicles in the U.S. He tweeted at General Motors after the Ford announcement on Tuesday, threatening a “big border tax” for producing cars in Mexico and then selling them in the U.S.”

The company is set to start producing a new version of its Jeep Compass SUV for the U.S. market at the Toluca plant. Its factory in Belvidere, Illinois, which used to assemble the model, is being retooled to make Jeep Cherokees SUVs.
So..it begs the question…doesn’t WINNING feel good again!
