Every network that has Donald Trump on experiences HUGE ratings. Saturday Night Live, which Trump will host on November 7th, is under attack from the usual suspects.
SNL, which is broadcast on NBC, home to liberal cesspool, MSNBC, is taking heat from Latino groups who want the show shut down. Since that’s not going to happen, they are now demanding that the show’s cast walk out.
An outfit calling themselves the National Hispanic Leadership Agenda sent a letter to NBC Universal CEO Stephen Burke and “SNL” executive producer Lorne Michaels expressing their anger in Trump’s appearance.
[pullquote align=”full” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]”We are appalled that you would enable Trump’s hateful speech for nothing (more) than a ratings ploy and ask that you rescind the SNL invitation.”[/pullquote]
They call Trump’s SNL appearance to be specifically insulting and offending.
Felix Sanchez, who is chairman and co-founder of the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts and among those who signed the letter said:
[pullquote align=”full” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]NBC Universal is being contradictory, Sanchez said, courting Hispanic viewers with its Spanish-language platforms but giving them a “slap in the face” by putting Trump on the air.[/pullquote]
Their letter made no reference to Hillary Clinton’s recent appearance and her offensive rhetoric aimed at millions of Conservative Americans.
I guess taking shots at those here legally is not seen as insulting or offensive by an organization that feigns tolerance while in fact promoting hate.
